I needed it because of heat from 4 computers. I'm moving my office to my shed because my son needs his own bedroom. The shed has all 4 walls exposed to the outside and only R13 insulation in the ceiling, vs 2 wall to outside and R30 ceiling insulation. What I notice right off the bat was exit air was at 42 degrees from this unit vs 55 degrees from my old one. It is relatively quiet, and the remote control is a bonus. Easy installation due to being a replacement. The package came with everything needed, including weather stripping and insulation for the accordion "wings" on the side.
