This is the same quality of tanks our competetitors promote as a "20GA" stock tank because it has a 20GA bottom. The drain plug is located as low on the sidewall as it can be properly installed. The drain plug is opposite the label on the front of the tank. Steel tank sizes are nominal dimensions. You can save hundreds of dollars in freight by purchasing more than one (1) tank at a time.
