The headers undergo an extensive preparation phase after which are coated twice and cured at extremely high temperatures to guarantee superior durability. The headers feature computer-controlled mandrel benders, 16-gauge steel tubing, and thick steel flanges. They are available with either a classic black finish, or a rust and corrosion-resistant Armor Coat polished metallic-ceramic finish which will not discolor and will ensure lowered underhood temperatures.
