Natural Chemistry 07616 Yellow Out Pool Cleaner 20 Lbs Pail is an amazing chemical that when mixed with an EPA-Registered chlorinating compound can kill green or mustard algae. This is a non-toxic chemical product that works by enhancing the chlorine in the pool to make it more powerful and lethal against algae blooms especially when applied before a chlorine-based shock treatment. Yellow Out is effective against mustard, brown, pink and green algae types. To use this, you must first remove all the debris in the pool and then balance the pH level to avoid staining the pool walls. Add 2 lbs of Yellow Out per 15,000 gallons of pool water and then add a chlorine shock to your pool. Yellow Out is natural and non-toxic and requires no brushing and is designed to work with all types of chlorine by enhancing the ability of chlorine to kill algae. Remember, NEVER pre-mix Yellow Out in a bucket or container. Always add this product directly into the pool and wait 5 minutes. YELLOW OUT is not an algaecide; it is strictly a pool cleaner. When added to the pool without chlorine, nothing happens.
