Pride Mobility Lift Chair Infinite Hand Control ELE144505, Black

This control has a black housing with six buttons; the top two show the back of the chair moving up & down, the next two show the footrest going up & down, and the last two are for the whole chair going up & down. It has a straight quick disconnect plug with five (5) pins. Or the other way to tell is to look at the control box that the hand control extension cable plug into and see what number is on the box; if it has CM105C on the box, then this is the correct control.
