A lot of the holes were machined so off and I had to use the mallet and or hammer to really pound the sides into place and pound some of the blots in to hold it properly. I'm not just talking 1 or 2. That I can deal with but a majority of them where. Maybe I'm a novice assembler, but I don't see how these flat head bolts stay in place while your screw on the other side. Unless there is a magic trick Make sure your bottom cart is perfectly level and don't tighten the caster too tight at first.
